I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

Das Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa liegt malerisch in Interlaken, zwischen zwei wunderschönen Seen am Fuße des ganzjährig schneebedeckten Berges Jungfrau. the second time i book this hotel (9 years after the first time), and the quality of the hotel is just the same, if not better, amazing hotel, worth every bit paid to stay in it, and the services ooh the services, just feels like in heaven

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Everything was easy, explained in detail and our stay was wonderful. Very convenient, breathtaking location. The proximity to a big hotel while enjoying fully equipped apartment was a great feature. We found everything we needed and more! Books, games, condiments, coffee, hiking sticks, binoculars, a very well documented guest book with lots of activities and dining options. Very thoughtful hosts!

Loved all the kitchen facilities and the apartment was at a really nice location with nice views from the outside and it also had supermarkets nearby like coop and Lidl and the person in charge also took the time to explain to us all the facilities and how to use like the dish washer, dryer, washing machine and she even suggested places we can visit during our stay at interlaken:)
