L'habitació era enorme, dividida en dos ambients: un saló amb sofà llit i taula de menjador i un llit molt gran i còmode. L'habitació tenia 2 banys complets. Disposava d'una petita cuina molt ben equipada. El balcó era molt ampli, amb vistes al Matterhorn. L'esmorzar era molt variat i de bona qualitat. El personal, molt amable i atent.

The property has an amazing location, we asked for a room with Matterhorn view and couldn’t be happier we did. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and super clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, this was our favorite hotel in our trip through Switzerland

The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. The location was exceptional (less than 5 minutes walk to station) and the staff were amazingly helpful. The restaurant was great - my daughter said the best burger ever!
