És un hotel molt ben situat, en una zona tranquil·la i a tocar de l'estació de tren. L'habitació era enorme, dividida en dos ambients: un saló amb sofà llit i taula de menjador i un llit molt gran i còmode. L'habitació tenia 2 banys complets. Disposava d'una petita cuina molt ben equipada. El balcó era molt ampli, amb vistes al Matterhorn. L'esmorzar era molt variat i de bona qualitat. El personal, molt amable i atent.

It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.
