Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The indoor pools and the outdoor jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. The view in the morning was also breathtaking (I recommend a room with a view to the Matterhorn).

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Dinner in the restaurant great, friendly staff. Breakfast was also excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, all in all a great stay. lots of history around the building mid town. The apartment is lovely! Michel, the host was super friendly and kind and made the experience just wonderful. Made us feel very welcome!
