Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. We had booked for 4 nights 8-12/10 and once we saw the beautiful apartment we extended our stay until 24/10. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove and fridge. Very professional and helpful staff - Nadine and Sofia in the reception, Esther in the restaurant and a very helpful and friendly lady in housekeeping. Could not have wished for more.

There is a bidet (Shataf) in the bathroom, and this is one of the best features of the hotel. The food is excellent and delicious in hotel restaurants. The breakfast place is comfortable and the food is varied.We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. Dinner was included in the room reservation, and we enjoyed watching the city fireworks from the hotel balcony.The general atmosphere of the hotel takes an advanced degree of excellence.I recommend the hotel to families and couples coming for tourism, tranquility, and relaxation.

Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... The view was breathtaking, it really is 'The top of Zurich' The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. A great get away and was very quiet. The staff were very friendly.
