EcoCamp se nachází v srdci národního parku Torres del Paine, v půvabných domech inspirovaných starověkými obydlími v regionu. No words can describe the magical days I stayed at ecocamp. I was supposed to stay only one day, but ended up booking 4 extra nights. Staff was simply THE BEST. Both the front desk and the guides are super nice people, and helpful as well. The kitchen staff was also so nice and welcoming. Rahul, Guillermo, Flor, Armando, Pancho, Pilar, everyone was just the best people I could ask for! Such awesome human beings and great employees as well. Food was awesome, to be in the park is just magical. I recommend this place for everyone, especially after a long hike in the park. Can't take this place out of my mind. Looking forward to coming back!

Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

This is a real treat, the attention to detail is unique, the beauty of the hotel is unforgettable. One of a kind.

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.

It has a unique design that is very fitting for its environment. Location is outside city but a 10min taxi ride (at USD3 per way), so everything is close. View was outstading, staff was great and spa is exactly what is needed after a day of excursions.
