The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.

Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.

Located in Xi'an, W XIAN Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a garden. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a terrace. The cleaning ladies were all super friendly and even went to the extra effort of tidying up our room (eg rolling up our charger cord, putting our toiletries neatly on the counter, tucking the kids toys in the bed, even providing a laundry rack to dry our hand washed clothes for us all without us having to ask for this).
