The breakfast, coffee, cakes, snacks and dinner, each competing with the other for absolute supremacy! Add to this the atmosphere, which is impossible to duplicate! Now add the incomparable surroundings!! The location allows you to take a hop any direction, and from Baden Baden, to Strassbourg to Oppenau and Freudenstadt, you have one beautiful choice after another!!

While it’s an older property, it feels like stepping into a different era—one of lavish glamour and timeless elegance. It’s super cozy, perfectly located, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

This fine 4-star design hotel is situated in the heart of the town of Villingen-Schwenningen, in the Black Forest. The Neckar cycle path runs beside the property, which offers bike storage facilities.... Modern property decorated beautifully. Rooms spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful selection of hot and cold to choose from. Conor and Linda are a breath of fresh air. So warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The only place I will stay on my future visits.

Every day the view from our balcony looked more beautiful. We were lucky to have stayed a week in November when it was bright sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Cycling is so easy as the hotel really is in the middle of the forest but glad we had e-bikes as steep slopes all around. The bridge directly into the forest was an instant immersion into to Schwarzwald. We also took advantage of the wellness program and did qi-jong in the fresh air and reminded ourselves to slow down and breathe! The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our waitress Anna too.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.

Loved the bathroom. Great location, we were within walking distance of everything we needed for a short stay. Our host gave us great local recommendations for eating out. The supermarket near by was well stocked.
