The location could not have been better! Right in the middle of the Altstadt. We could walk back to the apartment during the day if we needed something and although it was super central, it was also quiet. The hosts have done a wonderful job of renovating the interior of this historic old building, achieving a high degree of comfort and pleasing aesthetics. We all slept like babies on the comfortable beds and the generous kitchen dining area allowed us to enjoy our meals and wine in comfort. The bathrooms were clean and well designed and the showers were luxurious.

Everything is perfect with the location, facilities, cleanliness and etc. Joachim welcomed us and gives a very detailed introduction, accompanied to the reserved parking. He also prepared welcome fruits and drinks in fridge. 2 nights is too short for us to stay!

Only hint: Maybe a little laminated info sheet for WIFI and check out procedures, just to take guess work out. I say this but our Host was always there to answer questions and to help with the check out. I just mention this as I did not want to bother him with little questions.

The location is incredibly beautiful and the rooms are modern, shower amazing, view from the rooms is spectacular. Sunrise and morning in particular. Seldom have I had a better breakfast - the ingredients were so good. Dinner was also very good. We did not stay for very long, but there are so many beautiful hikes and other fun outdoor activities to do in the area.
