Right from the moment we arrived with the welcoming drink, till we left. Personable service and beautiful surroundings. We felt like we were the only guests. Upon arrival, a few young people came up to our room to deliver macrons and fruit. It was such a lovely surprise!! They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.
