The historic Hospederia de los Parajes has its own spa centre with hammam, hot tub and wine therapy. There is free Wi-Fi access and stylish design throughout. Astonishingly renovated old town house on the central plaza. All done with lots of taste and a twinkle of humor. Very friendly staff. Great comfortable rooms with a big bathroom and separate luggage corner. Very good and plentiful breakfast. You can stop in front of the city gate and the staff will help you with luggage.

The private garden with view on the mountains, enjoying the ofurno, delicious breakfast… it was all amazing. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, it was a pleasure to be their guests! We highly recommend staying here.

Situated a short drive from central Vitoria, this complex is well located for the road to Bilbao and the airport. It has free Wi-Fi and a pillow menu in all rooms. The staff are professional and help me when I need them.

Situated in Laguardia, 48 km from Fernando Buesa Arena, Hotel Silken Villa de Laguardia features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The location was great, a short 10min walk to the old town of La Guardia. We didn't use much of the facilities (pools or spa) as we were only there for a short night. Breakfast was good value, instead of trying to walk back up and find a place to eat in town.

The property was pleasant, with spacious rooms and an elevator. The breakfast room was big and beautiful as well, and very comfortable. Breakfast was correct and tasty, which we enjoyed. The host, Ana, was very nice. Gave us useful advise on what to see and do nearby, changed our pillows to make the bed more comfortable for us when we asked and made us feel at home. We would have extended our stay one more night but the place was completely booked.

This design hotel is in Villabuena de Álava, in the La Rioja Alavesa Wine Region. There is free WiFi, free public parking and a rooftop terrace with views of the Sierra de la Cantabria Mountains. Amazing stay. Lovely staff. I have stayed here before

The stunning Hotel Marqués de Riscal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Elciego, is located in Elciego, in La Rioja’s Álava province. The building is a work of art worth visiting and seeing in daylight and especially at night. The overnight stay is a must! We enjoyed the included winery tour with wine tasting and huge breakfast the next day. For dinner we decided to try the Non-Michelin restaurant and its extraordinary tasting menu.
