This is truly a 5* property and our experience from start to finish exemplifies this. Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

Everything in the hotel is clean and nice, rooms, pool area, spa, restaurant. Good music selection. The People working in the hotel are very friendly and professional. Sumus Hotel Stella and Spa 4S Adults Recommended is a charming hotel, located in Pineda de Mar. It offers large grounds with a swimming pool hot tub, sun terrace and garden. Our stay at the hotel was overall a pleasant experience, though a bit different from what we initially expected. We received great assistance with parking — convenient and reasonably priced at €12 per night. The staff were very friendly and truly cared about their guests, always cooperative and ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was definitely 5-star quality, offering a wide variety of dishes and a delicious breakfast. It’s absolutely worth including dinner in your reservation! A special mention to Lourdes, the hotel manager — she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon even more memorable. Her warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in our stay.

Hotel Mirlo is an oasis. It’s so peaceful and relaxing but very close to the city. The room we had was amazing and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was so good (we ate there 2 nights out of 3), great iced coffees by the pool. It really was a place you looked forward to coming back to after a busy day in the heat and crowds. We stayed here after 3 weeks travelling and it was such a nice way to end our holiday.

The apartment owner is very nice also the location is highly recommended..it us located in the center of barcelona the tram station is 2minutes walk and is connected to all thr tourist spot in the city ..wet market that sells seafood is just the opposite street and supermarkets and restaurants are just a step away
