The level of service, care and attention to detail from all staff members were exceptional. Clean, spacious villa with comfortable beds and furnishings. We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth the extra as we spent a lot of time just relaxing in or around it.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, loved the breakfasts, choice of dining rooms, beautiful layout & amazing pools. Staff were incredible - polite, friendly and helpful.

This only adults hotel with 5-star Grand Luxury, is surrounded by 2 white sandy beaches, and it is ideal for enjoying all that Lanzarote has to offer – year-round sunshine, tropical gardens and great... Everything was perfect, the staff was very kind, they exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very peaceful, beautiful, the architecture is amazing, and the food, the swimming pools, everything was great. We went for The Reserve experience, and I think it is worth it, and recommend having it.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and the facilities are stunning. Rooms are huge and have everything you could possibly need including luxury toiletries, mini bar, two tv's and bluetooth speakers. Only a short walk or taxi journey to the seafront so in an ideal location.
