Anna from front desk was very helpful, answered all my questions, constantly checked in to make sure everything was going OK.

Faustino Gran Relais & Chateaux is located opposite the port of Ciutadella in Menorca. Immaculate room, excellent and friendly service. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. The indoor pool was enthusiastically utilised by the children and the sauna/steam room by my husband and I.
