Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.

Located next to the seafront promenade at Poniente Beach in Benidorm, the H10 Porto Poniente offers 2 plunge pools with sea views. Wow ! This hotel is incredible , the rooms , the staff are very attentive and the food was excellent ! I was a Hilton Honors member for 20 years but after staying in this hotel and experiencing first class in everything , I have now signed up as a H10 member ! Thoroughly satisfied , great location right on the beach !

Úklid pokoje byl vždy na jedničku. Určitě doporučuji, rádi se sem vrátíme.
