Set on the banks of the River Cousin, this former 12th-century mill is located in Morvan Natural Regional Park. It offers a flowery terrace by the river side. The grounds were beautiful and the spa was a lovely feature. We were only there one night and the staff allowed us to use it beyond the stated hours which was so kind!

We had a gorgeous stay at this fabulous hotel. The accommodation is up a short flight of steps into a tranquil large suite with an extra large, super comfy double bed, and wide velux windows overlooking a green lawn and pretty fountain. Everything is spotlessly clean, and communication with reception excellent. The key is waiting in a lockbox on your arrival.

They are lovely people and we really enjoyed their support, advice. The property is tranquil and on the edge of the lovely quiet little town of Couches, just a 5 min walk into town. Also perfectly located for visiting all the Burgundy wineries and Beaune. Large rooms, with modern excellent shower and bathroom and toilet. Breakfasts were lovely with Croissants, beautiful jams, Crepes, and Eggs.
