We stayed here for 9 nights and really enjoyed it! Check-in was easy — we got the entrance code by message the day before and had no issues entering. the building. We communicated with staff via Whats app, they were very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had one minor issue with opening door for the room and staff helped immidiately via whats app, so it was sorted quickly. We were also lucky to have early check in! Staff messaged us when the room was ready so we could enter early. Our room on the second floor was clean, nicely designed (just like in the photos), and the bed was very comfortable with large blanckets. The windows blocked out noise well, but you can also open them a bit for fresh air. The location is fantastic — close to everything. The only small inconvenience was that there’s no luggage storage on-site, but you can leave your bags at a nearby hotel (2-minute walk), which is not too much hassle. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return and definitely recommend!

Hotelul foarte frumos, nou, camera mare, spațioasă, foarte curat absolut totul. Personalul amabil, Cătălin de la recepție ne a ajutat și ne a oferit și câteva tips uri despre Londra. Micul dejun foarte bun și variat. De la intrare, personalul ne au așteptat și ne au ajutat cu bagajele. Spa ul este drăguț, dispune de 2 saune și o piscină. Nu am folosit zona de masaj sau tratamente. Zona de lounge a hotelul foarte mare și confortabilă și frumoasă.

The Londoner pune la dispoziție un club excelent destinat oaspeților săi, 6 restaurante și baruri, inclusiv un lounge pe acoperiș, precum și un centru spa cu piscină, sală de gimnastică, un centru de... The staff were absolutely amazing especially Dhruti and Olesia from the reception. The hotel is immaculate and spotless. The service is incredible. + the rooms and the view are stunning and extremely clean.

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.
