Everything was just perfect from beginning to end - the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed, thoughtfully furnished and supremely comfortable, the bed was uber comfy and the food was lovely in all the restaurants.

The atmosphere and customer service at The Savoy was second to none, a great experience indeed! Fantastic staff in the Gallery restaurant, especially Miss Roselyn.
