I rarely write reviews, but after our wonderful experience at Lesante Cape, I felt it deserved a few words of appreciation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive — the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, always with a smile and a willingness to help. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean — offering both comfort and style. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were consistently impressed by the quality of the food. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and local touches that made every bite special. The pool area was a particular highlight — serene, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. Although the beach access is relatively small, the snorkeling right off the shore was fantastic. We were lucky enough to spot a large turtle just 50 meters from the beach — a magical moment we won’t soon forget. We also took one of the yacht tours organized by the hotel — an absolute must. The views, the experience, and the overall service on board were simply stunning and added an extra layer of magic to our holiday.

Always friendly, helpful and doing an extra mile to make our holidays unforgetable. We were very spoiled and the return back home was not easy. BTW the hotel is very close to the beach (3 mins walk distance), a plus for sea lovers 😉.

This thoughtful service allowed us to enjoy the beautiful amenities of the hotel until the evening.

The staff are very nice and always there to help. It is really appreciated that they helped me to book transfers from/to airport and town. I like the spacious and well decorated room. Breakfast is amazing too, a lot of varieties and with sea view too! Would definitely come back!

Set in spacious grounds and surrounded by gardens, the 5-star The Bay Hotel & Suites is located on its private sandy beach in Vassilikos. Guests enjoy free beach sun beds and a 250-square-metre pool. We had a nice and very relaxing stay at the Bay hotel this summer and we hope to be back some time soon.

Good quality, plenty of choices, we didn't even consider to go eat outside the resort which doesn't happen often) Location (brick view to the sea, right next to the beach, close to the main city Zakynthos) Stuff/hospitality ( very welcoming people especially in the restaurant and at the bars. Always ready to help)

We travelled with a 5-year old and were extremely satisfied with their Kids Club which you book through the hotel app. There are no added fees and can be booked every day minus Sunday from 10-1 pm and 3-6 pm. The layout and design of the rooms and the hotel premises in general is clever and tasteful. The breakfast is plentiful, special kudos to whomever is baking the canelés, cinnamon buns etc. Also, cocktails by the pool are a must! Staff is accommodating and friendly. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the hotel has plenty of free parking and all the amenities are there (gym, spa, pool bar etc.).
