The view is unbeatable and the facilities are beautiful and feel truly luxurious. The bathrooms are large and you've never had such a view while taking a shower. There's so many little details added to make the stay so very special. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. We stayed on the higher level rooms located 150 steps up, near to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. It was always worth climbing up with those incredible views of the lake. I stayed in various places around the lake and this view was just unmatchable.

Loved that the hotel is super traditional and offers temazcal, a very authentic Guatemalan sauna experience. Staff were great organizing a guide for a sunrise hike up to the Mayan nose viewpoint. They were also super accommodating about having to change dates twice. Really enjoyed their typical Guatemalan breakfast as well.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The villa was spacious, clean and secure. It has had UV light installation by the kitchen to prevent mosquitoes. The location on the lake was great and near the docks for views of the volcanoes. Highly recommend.

So sociable and you can swim less than five minutes away. Communal dinner is a great way to meet people and the food is gorgeous. I loved my little dorm cabin with three beds. They have yoga classes, chill out areas, friendly staff and good vibes all round!

Hotel Atitlan, located in front of Lake Atitlán, is a rustic-style property offering extensive gardens and panoramic views of Atitlan Lake. It has an outdoor pool, hot tub, and a botanical garden. Food was great and we loved the beautiful gardens and views to the lake. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi very much
