This is a relatively new property, about 10 units built in 2018. Everything is top quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes up the hill from the old town. Breakfast is excellent. Internet is also excellent.

The food and drink prices are very reasonable, not excessive. You also get 10% off food at the Pizza place and Marina restaurant close by. Only a 5 minute walk. Great place for couples and family. Highly recommend the private holiday home for families.

We had a wonderful time in Pinia, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff and owners. We highly recommend the half-board option due to its exceptional quality. The restaurant staff, including Dinko, Ivan, and others, consistently exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location is very convenient, being close to the beach, the pine forest, and a few restaurants within walking distance for lunch. The room was quiet and clean, as were the pool and spa.
