Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool and fitness, comfortable room and the rain shower was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar also cool.

They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.
