Probably it can be called an apartment room instead of a hotel room. The bathroom is very clean and they provide things such as toiletries, shaving kits, shower cap, liquid body wash, and shampoo. They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.
