It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

Located a 10-minute drive from Hang Nadim Airport, Harris Hotel Batam Center offers free Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the building. The hotel features a fitness centre and outdoor pool. I loved the comfort and the kindness of the staff. Also the breakfast was very nice. Next time I come to Batam I will book a room there

The frontdesk, hotel lobby and security staff were very polite and helpful. Our rooms are cleaned and tidy daily without fail by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast had many varieties. Waiters and waitresses were polite and helpful.

It close to many amenities such as food, massage parlours and malls. Closest mall is the grand Batam mall which is great for shops, food and entertainment. It is also super convenient for taking grab taxis. Property is extremely well maintained and staff is very polite. Room was very clean and tidy. Tolietries are included such as soap, toothbrushes etc It was a great experience and I would happily stay at ARTOTEL again
