Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay mempunyai pusat kecergasan, taman dan teres matahari dengan kolam renang dan sarapan bufet di Nagoya. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

It is also super convenient for taking grab taxis. Property is extremely well maintained and staff is very polite. Room was very clean and tidy. Tolietries are included such as soap, toothbrushes etc It was a great experience and I would happily stay at ARTOTEL again

Probably it can be called an apartment room instead of a hotel room. The bathroom is very clean and they provide things such as toiletries, shaving kits, shower cap, liquid body wash, and shampoo. Considering the price they offer, they provide a lot of things, and that's a good point. The location of the hotel is quite good. About 5 minutes of walk from the Harbour Bay. Right outside the hotel there are minimarkets, Circle K, that open for 24 hours. Eatery option, beside those that are located in Harbour Bay, is quite limited considering the hotel is located inside the Harbour Bay area. They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.
