It is also super convenient for taking grab taxis. Property is extremely well maintained and staff is very polite. Room was very clean and tidy. Tolietries are included such as soap, toothbrushes etc It was a great experience and I would happily stay at ARTOTEL again

Right outside the hotel there are minimarkets, Circle K, that open for 24 hours. Eatery option, beside those that are located in Harbour Bay, is quite limited considering the hotel is located inside the Harbour Bay area. They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.
