Very Zen and stunningly beautiful place with amazing lighting of the ground and elaborate pool areas. The pool areas a superbly layed out as too the beach area.

Mutiara Beach Resort mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan bar di Berakit. Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after. There were mosquito repellents placed in the rooms - lotion, spray and citronella

I enjoyed very much my stay in The Residence Bintan. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and polite. I felt that they were genuinely looking after me. I felt at home. I loved that the room and the bathroom was so spacious. The bed was very comfy. I could even choose my pillow menu. I stayed in an upper sea view room that had a hammock in the balcony that was fun. I enjoyed very much the BBQ on the beach on Sunday evening. The hotel could perhaps better promote these initiatives, for instance through its WhatsApp. I was pleased to see that the hotel tried to reduce the use of plastic, particularly for water in the rooms. In addition to the regular cleanup by staff every morning, it could consider organising daily beach cleanups with guests as the sea unfortunately brings plastic waste to the shore with the tide. It would be fun too! This was the first time that I stayed in a hotel that regarded solo travelers VIPs. Wow & bagus! (Dear The Residence Bintan, perhaps you could consider this policy when charging for an excursion too. 😉 One pax is one pax, particularly when joining two other fellow travelers. )

Terletak sejauh 20 minit memandu dari pusat bandar Tanjung Pinang, Trikora Beach Club menawarkan penginapan mesra alam tepi pantai dengan akses WiFi percuma di kawasan awam di tempat penginapan ini... First of all, we had to change our booking the day before our 4 day stay due to a family emergency. We had paid and I figured we would not be able to reschedule; but Trikora were awesome and accommodated us a few weeks later. It was probably not contractually what they had to do, but they did it and we really appreciated it. When we got there we pretty quickly learned that there is a super-friendly, chilled and caring atmosphere to the place. The people are terrific - they engage enough to be warm and to ensure the guests are fine - but without over doing it. Nice. The setting is great, beside a nice beach and with the pool just there, connecting the beach and the restaurant. It works really well. The cabins are spread out, so you can just chill in front of your own cabin in privacy or go to the pool and restaurant. The whole place finds a lovely balance between Robinson Crusoe and a normal 5 star joint; it really is a great balance and rarely found. There is no marble, no shiny surfaces and very little symmetry. It looks like it belongs there and it looks like (and is) a place you want to stay. The food was really good and the menu was long for a small place. The rendang was as good as any I have had.

The team are so accomodating, for a relaxing trip not having to lift a finger this accomodation is perfect! Was exactly what we needed, very peaceful and the food is fabulous especially the breakfast! Felt very spoilt

The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
