Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

MORAZEN Surabaya tiene una ubicación excelente en el barrio de Genteng, a 8 minutos a pie de Monumento Bambu Runcing, a 400 metros de Monumento Kapal Selam Surabaya y a 8 minutos a pie de Estación de... The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

Everything in this hotel is well thought out. The attention from the beginning cannot be compared to any other hotels we’ve stayed during our month long trip in Indonesia. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We tried the batik workshop and felt deeply grateful for the kindness the experts extended to us sharing their traditions. The massages were also worth booking. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was also delicious! We were worried it wasn’t going to be given the city and that it’s still not touristy yet we were greatly surprised! Thank you so much !!

Hemos estado genial, de lujo. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son acogedoras como no encontraréis en otro lugar. Te hacen sentir bienvenido en todo momento. A 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren por una bonita avenida y fácil de encontrar. En resumen, 100% recomendable. Nos hemos ido y ya tenemos ganas de volver.
