Everything was spectacular! I would give more than 10 if I could. The resort itself is absolutely stunning! The rooms were massive and clean and had everything you could need. We spent 2 days for my partners birthday and they set up the room beautifully with decorations on the bed and wishes for him. The staff are beyond accommodating and always smiling. We loved everything about our stay there and really wish we could have extended it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true treat for the senses.

We stayed in this hotel following the good experience my wifa had in their hotel at Uluwatu. However our stay here at Gili Air exceeded our expectations. The location is grat, with a very nice pool facing the sea. Facilities are very nice and the best thing were their staff. Very friendly, attentive and always taking care of you. The vibe there is cool and chill , making you feel very relaxed. Every day there are promos for lunch or dinner so invites you to stay at the hotel. They are also arranging any excursion/activity you would like to do. We definitely be back if we visit Gili air and will try other hotels from the group. . Loolking around the island, I could say that this is the best hotel. Special mention to Rosie and Jan, always taking care of us.

Bellissimo posto stupendo e lussuoso , staff sempre disponibile cordiale e super generosi Mi sono trovato veramente più che bene ho stretto amicizia con i ragazzi dello staff che erano sempre sorridenti e super simpatici

Tutto: molto nella eccellente il servizio buono il cibo in entrambi i ristoranti, personale cortesissimo e tanta tranquillità. Eravamo fuggiti da un altro hotel di qualità nettamente inferiore e soprattutto circondato da moschee, per cui alle 4.30 del mattino c’era un risveglio forzato. Qui, silenzio assoluto

Situato nella parte settentrionale di Lombok, il Jeeva Klui Resort è immerso in un ampio giardino tropicale sulla spiaggia di Klui, con vista sull'Oceano Indiano e sull'isola di Bali. Praticamente tutto: personale eccezionale/cortese/professionale, cibo ottimo, buonissimi i drinks, camere molto belle, location unica, giardino fantastico e super curato, bellissima la Spa. In conclusione, resort magnifico nonchè perfettamente integrato nella natura!
