The location and weather was awesome, rained everyday afternoon in April! the pool villa was very comfortable and private, staffs and their service was great, food- breakfast/lunch/dinner was delicious, had enough choices for both veg and non veg, coffee house, evening snacks, bike rides were fun. Ayurveda treatments for neck and massages by Mr. Lipu were relaxing and rejuvenating. Mr. Rahul was knowledgeable, flexible with appointments making it possible to explore various options.

The property is nestled within a breathtaking 30o acres coffee plantation. Surrounded by trees, birds, and countless other living beings, it offers an experience where you feel connected to nature in the most intimate way. The staff are warm, friendly, and truly exceptional hosts. They consistently prioritise your comfort and overall experience. The housekeeping team keeps the rooms impeccably clean, maintaining them to the highest standard every day. We were guided to thoughtful experiences such as spa sessions, a plantation drive and lovely souvenirs which made the trip feel like one big memorable holiday. We had an excellent and unforgettable stay.

The room was spacious and airy as was the bathroom. There was a large deck overlooking the beautiful plantings from which we could hear and view birds all day. The restaurant is terrific - they seemed willing and able to prepare almost anything asked for - and the serving sizes enormous! Due to no fault of their own, safaris were banned in Karnataka and they are willing to drive you over the border to Kerala. We hope that government ban is soon lifted. Even without those, there were many opportunities to observe the flora and fauna with expert guides. It was a relaxing and delightful experience with ample staff and friendly guests who shared social time. The only caution is for anyone with physical disabilities: there is significant walking and stair climbing required to get around the property.
