The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Perched 4000 feet above sea level on a peaceful hillside is Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa Coorg. The location is exceptional. I visited Taj Madikeri during rain season and I found this experience unique and amazing. Food was delicious with local varieties. I tried extra programmes like hiking, forest walk and local guides were great and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot and enjoyed.

The property is beautiful, calm, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and the food was delicious. Special mention to Neetu and Ebrahim for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return.

Die Unterkunft Machaan Wilderness Lodge Nagarahole, die in Srimangala gelegen ist und von der aus Thirunelly-Tempel in weniger als 25 km erreichbar ist, bietet einen Conciergeservice, Zimmer, einen... The room was spacious and airy as was the bathroom. There was a large deck overlooking the beautiful plantings from which we could hear and view birds all day. The restaurant is terrific - they seemed willing and able to prepare almost anything asked for - and the serving sizes enormous! Due to no fault of their own, safaris were banned in Karnataka and they are willing to drive you over the border to Kerala. We hope that government ban is soon lifted. Even without those, there were many opportunities to observe the flora and fauna with expert guides. It was a relaxing and delightful experience with ample staff and friendly guests who shared social time. The only caution is for anyone with physical disabilities: there is significant walking and stair climbing required to get around the property.
