The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

It was so clean and nice facilities and the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially sneha and poormina very wonderful

Hotel molto bello, sicuramente standard molto alto per l’India. Presenti diversi ristoranti con ottimo cibo, molto bello il ristorante italiano in piscina, dove fanno un’ottima pizza. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile (come in ogni 5 stelle asiatico).

Situato a Gokarna, lo swaswara Wellness Retreat offre una piscina all'aperto e la vista sul giardino. In loco troverete un ristorante. Il parcheggio privato è gratuito. Beautiful architecture and thought into its design and layout. Use of natural products and it fused so naturally into its environment. The bedroom villas are wonderful! Very spacious and felt like our own private apartment with great views over the lake. Outdoor showers were a treat. We also like it’s eco-friendly and the environmental focused approach. The whole retreat was serene and peaceful. Emphasis is on quiet contemplation with regular meditation and yoga sessions. The food preparation and choice was excellent. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning to experience this place again.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore is centrally located in the heart of Bangalore in close proximity to the finest in shopping, dining and entertainment experiences. The place was beautiful, very artsy, every detail was taken care of. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, really pleasant to interact with. I would really recommend this place.
