Amazing view from the balcony and even in the toilet there is a huge glass to see the view while enjoying in the bath tub. Both pool was amazing and the top floor 18+ pool was having heated water too. Breakfast was great tasty and enough varieties.

The Valle by Kondody Hotels se nachází v destinaci Munnar. Munnar Tea Museum je 8,9 km daleko a Vodní nádrž Mattupetty 18 km. I had the valley view for 2 days and then upgraded to jacuzi room. The Jacuzi was slightly dirty which they fixed immediately upon complaint and refunded the extra money. The staff is generally very helpful and the place is well worth the money. If I visit india and kerala again would visit for sure. Can only recommend.

I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

First of all, the place immediately felt very clean and welcoming. A wonderful fragrance fills the entire lobby. The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant area is our favorite. The food is excellent and of the highest quality, and the dining staff is very helpful, polite, and attentive to every need. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Suresh, who was always attentive and patient, and to his assistant, Muthuraj, who was very kind and sweet. We highly recommend this enchanting place surrounded by nature.

Amazing property, right in the middle of the forest. We could observe giant squirrels and monkeys from our balcony everyday!! Well maintained and clean rooms and facilities. Good food (we had a la carte) and great staff at reception and restaurants. Especially Sayand was very friendly! We also really enjoyed the complimentary nature walk and the different activities (table tennis, board games, etc.). They also helped us organise transport and other activities around the area.
