It is the perfect place to stay on this island. We didn't want to go out, and we didn't! It is a thermal spa (has 5 thermal pools), which are available for the entire stay. The hosts were the most wonderful we ever met and made sure we were fine and settled the entire stay. They have a restaurant, so really no need to go out 😅 great food, with great gluten-free options!

Hotel Casa Giusepina is a real gem. Hosted by a lovely family that made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean Sheets and towels were changed regularly and the room was made every day. Breakfast is very good and offers a variety of fruits, jams, pastries, cheese and cold meats. Dinner was a nice experience, a 4 course meal every night and it was very tasty, fine italian cuisine. There is an intimate open air pool with thermal water, jacuzzi and sauna. The facility is equipped with showers and a toilet, comfortable sunbeds and a self-service bar. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Situated halfway between Casamicciola Terme and Ischia, 5 km from Baia di San Montano, Villa Araucaria features an outdoor pool and a bar. The Castiglione Thermal Baths are 10 minutes' walk away. The location was lovely. The owner is very responsive and helpful. we would love to go back there someday.

This hotel is located next to Maronti Beach, 1.5 km along the coast from Sant'Angelo. It offers access to a private beach, thermal pools, hydromassage showers and a sauna. Immaculate and tidy, well-maintained hotel with 2 swimming pools, and a sauna. The rooms have either nice sea or mountain views. Very kind staff, nice breakfast with so tasty croissants. The location is perfect, easy to come from the Porta Di Ischia. The sandy beach is just 3 minutes walk. Nice restaurants like Ottomano, Mirage etc are just 3-4 minutes walking distance. The bus stop is in a 2-minute walking distance. TV has English and French channels as well apart from many Italian channels.

Offering panoramic sea views from its hilltop position, Paradise Relais Villa Janto' is 2 km from Casamicciola Terme’s centre, on Ischia Island. The staff is insanely nice and helpful!! The pool, the view, the restaurant - amazing! We had a problem with our room and they changed it without any issues

500 metro ang Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World sa labas ng Lacco Ameno, malapit sa San Montano Bay ng Ischia at ang Negombo thermal spa, na madaling mapupuntahan sa pamamagitan... The hotel is in an incredible setting, the staff are wonderful and go the extra mile. Really enjoyed our stay and have no real complaints
