Our stay was delightful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which set a wonderful tone for our visit. The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake. One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment. We received a lot of help from Shmuel, both in parking the car and in directing us to good restaurants in the area.
