Featuring a wellness centre with various swimming pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, Hotel Salus Terme - Adults Only is just outside the centre of Viterbo. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Staff was very friendly. Very generous spa use policy. Complimentary refreshments in fridge was a nice treat. We booked this last minute as we were passing through, we didn’t know what to expect. We felt really lucky that we happened upon this place. Would definitely return.

But what stands out is the staff, from the check in with Lorenzo (that gave us a double upgrade), to Sabrina and her colleague responsible for the breakfast making all effort to make us feel at home and enjoying (even changing the music to have an Italian environment) and all staff that provide us with welcome amenities, chocolates every evening and a farewell touch with a fruit plate. A true paradise well located in Roma city Center where you can enjoy a true luxury small boutique hotel

The apartment is a short bus ride from Termini and we were satisfied with everything. It had everything we needed and location-wise it's also very convenient. They have 3 separate units within the apartment, so it's also possible to book several rooms if you're coming as larger/multiple families. AC was working well, which really helped as it was blistering hot in Rome. WiFi was also never an issue. The building is an old one that also had an old elevator, but it was good enough for us to carry our travel buggy up and down. Overall we'd recommend this property for couple or even family with kid(s).

Would definitely recommend staying in this place good for solo travellers and couples.

It is such a long time since I stayed in a hotel with such high quality and standards. The facilities are amazing, perfectly neat, and staff makes every effort to ensure accommodating guests' needs. Location is perfect as well, very close to key sites but not in a busy road
