From the moment we checked in the staff were incredible! The property is a great location near many attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself was a perfect balance of classic architecture with modern touches. We only stayed a night, but upon check in they upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite. I don’t think we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else in Milan!

The location of the hotel is perfect with beautiful views to the lake. The breakfast was very good with fresh produce, something for everybody and the service was polite and efficient.

The best part of our stay was the hospitality. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and help us with everything we needed. By far, the best. Also, the rooms were lovely, clean, spacious. Couldn’t ask for more and we have travelled extensively.
