From the moment we checked in the staff were incredible! The property is a great location near many attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself was a perfect balance of classic architecture with modern touches. We only stayed a night, but upon check in they upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite. I don’t think we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else in Milan!

Fantastic staff, very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Location, facilites and the room were all lovely. Breakfast was very good.

Everything! They gave us an upgrade, celebrated my birthday, the bed & pillows were really comfortable, breakfast delicious and staff v helpful & friendly.
