The Hotel's staff are exceptionally nice. They accommodated every single request. The dinners at the hotel were top level, out of this world!!! kudos to the chef. The indoor pool was great and we also rented the outdoor hot tub which was a great experience.

There are great hotels and there are great hotels with heart, and this place definitely had heart. Each log cabin was impeccably clean and cozy with a beautiful architectural design. Right outside there were 2 Jacuzzis and a sauna in the middle if the nature. It was sublime. All the staff were very kind and they had unlimited free water (sparkling and normal) all day to take in bottles. Also the breakfast was included and had everything you need and a very very good coffee.

The staff are warm, welcoming, helpful, and professional, and every question was answered personally and thoroughly. The superb location in the heart of the vineyards allows for wonderful walking tours. Excellent value for money, with superb wine as an added bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay.
