Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. Highly recommended!

Set just 1.6 km from Piazza della Signoria, Forte16 View & SPA features accommodation in Florence with access to a spa and wellness centre, a fitness centre, as well as a 24-hour front desk. Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

This resort features an 18-hole golf course and is 2 km from the medieval village of Saturnia, in the Tuscan Maremma. Location is exceptional. So peaceful in the middle of Tuscany hills with plenty of space around you to walk and relax. The pools are wonderful, I enjoyed every second of our experience. Dinner was great in the restaurant and super breakfast. All is good. Super recommended. Worth the price.

Where to start?We loved everything.The rooms were spacious and very clean,smelled wonderful.The location is beautiful,the hotel is surrounded by forest,olive groves and a little water fall.The view from the room is stunning.Breakfast is delicious,fresh pastries and home made cakes(every day different types),eggs in any form.We dined in the restaurant for dinner several times,and really enjoyed trying different díshes and they all were delicious,I would say one of the best we tried in Tuscany.The staff were all very friendly and kind,patient with our kids.Thank you Silvia,Claudia,Marina,Giovanni and Sasha for being wonderful hosts.We hope to return one day and highly recommend the resort.

I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good breakfast, confortable bad and supportive staff, making it a fantastic choice for any traveler.

Disainhotell Palazzo Castri 1874 Spa & Garden on hiljuti renoveeritud ja asub Santa Maria Novella rongijaamast vaid 400 meetri kaugusel. This was our second trip to Florence, and after reading so many wonderful reviews, we chose to stay at Hotel Spadai—and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was our daughter’s birthday, and when we asked if they could arrange for flowers to be placed in the room, they prepared a stunning bouquet that made the day even more special. We also appreciated all of their thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Thank you, Hotel Spadai team! We will definitely return to Florence!

The 4-star iQ Hotel Firenze offers design interiors and i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar serving gourmet pizzas, appetizers and cocktails. Breakfast was great, staff were very polite and fast on requests.
