This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Excellent food. Everything felt incredibly fresh, which for me is a huge bonus. The staff was lovely and available by email for any question I had even before arrival. The setting is pastoral—you see green on every side. There’s a horse farm where you can go for a ride. Truly charming. We didn’t try the spa, but my husband had an in-room massage and was very pleased. Very clean. Recommended for anyone looking to escape all the city noise. A car is essential.

Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.

The 4-star iQ Hotel Firenze offers design interiors and i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar serving gourmet pizzas, appetizers and cocktails. Staff at the front desk were professional. Best customer service ever in Italy. Location is perfect. I was impressed by the quality of the services in general. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
