Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA is located in an Art Nouveau building near the ancient walls in Lucca. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV, and DVD player. My stay at the hotel surpassed expectations. The room was very clean, offering a comfortable and inviting space. The helpful staff made my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to the city walls allowed for convenient exploration of the surroundings. Undoubtedly, the highlight was the very confortable bad. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good breakfast, confortable bad and supportive staff, making it a fantastic choice for any traveler.

Clean, safe, quiet, elegant, walking distance to everything, great staff - Grazie Mille Rossana, Martina, Great Suleiman, and Reception ladies! Definitely coming back. This was our second trip to Florence, and after reading so many wonderful reviews, we chose to stay at Hotel Spadai—and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was our daughter’s birthday, and when we asked if they could arrange for flowers to be placed in the room, they prepared a stunning bouquet that made the day even more special. We also appreciated all of their thoughtful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Thank you, Hotel Spadai team! We will definitely return to Florence!

The 4-star iQ Hotel Firenze offers design interiors and i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar serving gourmet pizzas, appetizers and cocktails. Breakfast was great, staff were very polite and fast on requests.
