The room was much better than the ones we had so far in Japan, maybe because it had two single beds, with plenty of room in between. The staff was very helpful, and the bonus hot spring very enjoyable.

The breakfast was delicious. The food tasted very fresh. We especially appreciated that many of the food stations had attendants preparing the dishes. It got very busy at one point, but we never had an issue getting our food. The shuttle to and from Toba Station was very convenient. We contacted the staff from a payphone at Toba Station. We were able to communicate our needs through our very limited knowledge of the Japanese language. The driver took our luggage and said they would store it till we checked in. This allowed us to continue on with our sightseeing plans without physically going to the hotel first. That really helped maximize our time in Toba! Wonderful Service!

Nemu Resort Hotel Nemu is located on 740 acres in overlooking scenic Ago Bay surrounded by Ise-Shima National Park. Extraordinarily caring services. Amiable staff who thoutfully prepared every detail. Special appreciation to the gentleman who treated me very professionally throughout the stay. Although a relatively old resort, the room is decently sized to fit a family of three with great view of Ise-shima National park. The refurnishment made the experience with no compromise. The onsen offered at the resort is clean while offering a variety of pools. The dinner and breakfast are also of good quality. It is strongly recommended because of its value!

We could also make daily reservation to use the outdoor onsen for private use. Mostly importantly, the dinner and breakfast served at the hotel is of the highest quality, cooked by their talented chef, with fresh local produce. We were seated in different private dining rooms each time for our meals in two days. The Chandelier Dining Room is absolutely beautiful! All staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful!
