Perfect location, in walking distance of The Temple of Tooth, White Budha, and the city center. There is a restaurant which is part of the Lodge, the food is delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to fulfill our demands.

The views are simply breathtaking and the hospitality of the staff is absolutely overwhelming. Mr Thilak, hotel manager, and his team took care of every detail during our 2 day stay with them. We were travelling with young children (age 3 & 6) and they were so accommodating and kind it was really heartwarming. Small things like our eldest mentioned how he wanted to try a King Coconut at some point during his stay in Sri Lanka, and the next morning at breakfast, the team had thoughtfully carved two for the kids, in the shape of a mouse, so they could try the refreshing coconut water. Mr Thilak also arranged for a short cooking class for us to make our own Hoppers for breakfast, it was a great and interactive experience- especially for the kids. The food menu was brilliant for families, which was something we were a little worried about hearing stories from friends, but here there was even a kids menu here and lots of things our boys enjoyed. Our stay happened to fall over International Women's Day, and I was stopped in the afternoon and presented with a rose and a small gift to celebrate the event. It was so thoughtful. The swimming pool at the hotel is amazing, with views from the pool, restaurant and lobby that will literally take your breath away. Surprise visits from the local monkeys were also fun! We had a driver for our trip and also took the chance to visit Kandy which took us about 1 hour... worth the trip to see some of the famous sights, though I must say we were happy to return to serenity of Greenacres after a full on day of busy city life. We were so sad when it came time to leave, and would truly reccomend anyone travelling to Sri Lanka to brave the jungle path to the hotel and absorb the beautiful setting, wonderful views and warm Sri Lankan hospitality. Above all, the hotel has the most incredible staff with the closest attention to detail and we would truly like to thank them all for their fabulous service!

The room was large and very comfortable. The property overlooks the Misty Mahaweli River and is perfect to come home to after a dusty visit to Kandy. Would happily return.

I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in some amazing accommodation and this is one of my favourite places of all time. A truly authentic and surreal experience. We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.

The view, rooms, pool, restaurant is everything a 10 out of 10. Just bear in mind that to access Kandy city you need a car to move from place to place, but the experience in the hotel is worth it for sure

Aarunya Nature Resort has free bikes and an outdoor swimming pool in Kandy. The property features a fitness centre, as well as a garden. The accommodation provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. the view of the mountain and the sky moving above the villa , it’s amazing,,, fast room service and very respectful people ,,, i will come again it’s worth it .

Dreamscape home stay se nachází 1,3 km od centra města Kandy a poskytuje zahradu a terasu. Na místě je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Toto ubytování bylo naprosto perfektní a srdečně ho doporučuji každému. Každé ráno nás čekala skvělá snídaně – čerstvé ovoce, domácí speciality a výborná káva. To největší kouzlo ale tvořil samotný ubytovatel – neuvěřitelně milý, ochotný a pohostinný člověk, který se postaral, aby nám nic nechybělo. V rámci pobytu jsme využili nabízený výlet tuktukem, který doporučujeme všem. Cítili jsme se tu jako doma. Děkujeme za vše a určitě se někdy vrátíme!

Santani Wellness Kandy, který byl otevřen v roce 2016, získal řadu mezinárodních ocenění, které zdůrazňují úroveň poskytovaných služeb, kuchyně a místního wellness centra. A very luxurious experience consisting of ayurvedic spa treatments, great meals, helpful & kind staff, morning walk thru through nature, a great cooking class. A nice place to unwind - definitely recommend for anyone seeking a zen experience while in the northern part of Sri Lanka.

The owner of the hotel was an amazing host, always ready to help us arrange trips even after the end of our stay. He always has a bright idea or a connection which help you find a solution to your minor issues. The hotel is very nice, nested in the nature while very close to every places of interest in Kandy. Dinner was great and the refreshing pool is a real plus. We absolutely recommend going there
