It was really perfect, from the beginning to the end. The beach is awesome, beach towels are provided - but only bath in the sea when you have sea shoes. There are lots of starfish. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner were tasty. The restaurant Playa at the beach is highly recommended (included in All inclusive) Our beach room was spacious and useful designed. The app from the hotel is useful too. Despite our early arrival, the rooms were already ready for us - we did not need to wait.

Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa se nachází na soukromém poloostrově v Blue Bay. Nabízí 3 různé pláže obklopené mořským parkem Blue Bay, který je domovem bohatého mořského života. Úžasný hotel!!! Zaměstnanci, jidlo,pláže,možnost aktivit. Všechno bylo perfektní. Ve srovnání hotelu stejné sítě v lepší kategorii byl tento ještě lepší a hezčí.

The restarant was amazing food and service. I booked our anniversairy surprise in the room was outstanding. Vimal was amazing bartender . Beach waiter was ama.zing . Beach dinner lunch was above expectation.7

Featuring self-catering villas with an infinity pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, this elegant resort is nestled on the 18-hole Heritage Golf Club. Although we had some teething issues, the team at Heritage Villas especially Mr Dhanraj went out of the way to make our holiday special and memorable! Things would be available at a click of a WhatsApp message. Despite such a huge property (6200 acres is too huge), they gave us great service. Spa was excellent. Also the facilities here are excellent. A must visit with kids!

Některé vybavení už má nejlepší časy za sebou a to degraduje celkový dojem z pobytu - chybějící světla, porucha kanalizace, dysfunkční myčka nádobí, …. Bazén a terasa v nádherné tropické zahradě jsou neocenitelnou přidanou hodnotou nemovitosti. Správcová Cristel byla moc vstřícná a přichystala nám delikátní večeři.

Incredible staff, beautiful beach and the snorkelling round the reef was amazing. The food at the hotel was 5 star. The kitchen even cooked up our catch for us after we went squid fishing. There was always a great selection and plenty of choice. The lady who makes omelettes in the morning was the best. The lady who cleaned are room was so friendly and did an outstanding job. I got my nails done and had 2 massages in the spa which were incredible! The thing we will truly remember is the friendless of all the staff, they couldn’t do enough for us, so professional and always with a smile. Especially Santos who worked on the bar! Thank you again!
