We couldn't speak Spanish and the staff were extremely accommodating. They set up a WhatsApp group which makes everything extra smooth. The staff were helpful in booking taxis (and translating our needs for various stops to the drivers). Highly recommend availing of the kayaks (free) and jet ski to see more of the lagoon. We walked along a lot of the lagoon and visually seemed to be by far the best location to stay.

The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The driving time from this hotel to the park is around 5 minutes. My room was spacious and well decorated. All staffs were attentative and showed hospitality, friendliness, and care. We had chances to spot wild spider monkeys and even feed the monkeys with bananas provided by the hotel, which is the highlight of our stay.
