Room was clean and huge, private beach was extraordinary. Food was very good (we tried also lunch and everything was super-good!) and staff very kind. Furthermore, the area is really quite compared to the center of the village. Extra facilities available on-site like small gym, pool (mainly for kids) and yoga/massage room were completing our amazing stay.

The hotel was perfect, zero complaints. The vibe, the design, the pool in the middle of the hotel, the walking paths throughout, the privacy, the outdoor shower in the rooms, and most of all, the pool INSIDE the room. Already looking for dates to rebook. Will be back.

This was probably the best hotel room I've ever been in!! The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! Nice Appartement Building. Very big and comfortable bed. It was clean and big. Location is great, 7/11 is right in front and a supermarket around the corner. Big Pool Facility on the roof. Gym and a Poolbar are also there.
