Perfect location in the heart of Thamel with everything within walking distance. The room and the whole hotel are beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and offer everything guests might need. Nepali people are usually very welcoming, but I'd like to highlight how the staff here made us feel at home. I wanted to name, but then Id have to name absolutely everyone we interacted with.

I stayed here twice, two nights and one. Lovely hotel, amazing customer service, super clean and comfortable. Right next to a shopping district and many restaurants. The breakfast is nice, a variety of savory and sweet dishes which change daily, so decent amount of options, fresh fruit, on tap masala tea and you can order brewed coffee the servers. The restaurant is comfortable with a variety of continental and Nepalese dishes to choose from. The service is absolutely incredible. Both times I arrived ahead of check in time and was given a room within 20 minutes. The receptionists are all friendly and professional, you can exchange currency right at the reception desk as well as ask them to order a taxi for you Stunning views from the rooftop terrace

Room was spacious and had a huge bed!! Was great for a relax and some downtime after trekking. A little escape from the chaotic centre of kathmandu! Would definitely recommend as staff were friendly, services were great and the food was nice.

His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations.
