The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice. It is a true paradise. The location is ideal and the owners are so sweet. They’ve thought of absolutely everything. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.

Offering a garden and garden view, Casa do Engenho Braga - Apartamentos com Vista Rio & SPA is located in Braga, 8.5 km from University of Minho - Gualtar Campus and 8.8 km from Braga Se Cathedral. Monica was an exceptional hostess, the apartment was everything we could have wished for with every detail being carefully thought out and presented. The location is just beautiful with the river right in front of the home and the sound of the river over the rapids was so nurturing.......this stay was just wonderful. My friend so enjoyed the cleanliness and presentation of the hot tub and the turkish bath. This is a must when looking for an excellent option for accommodation. The restaurant "Elvira"which is located just minutes from the apartment is a Michelin star worthy restaurant and was suggested by Monica - we so enjoyed our experience there. Another must while you are in Braga! We will be back!!!!!

Set in Vieira do Minho, 3.1 km from Canicada Lake and 5.9 km from Sao Bento da Porta Aberta Sanctuary, Oak Nature offers accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with an outdoor swimming pool, mountain... I stayed here on March 17th, 2025. This was the best hotel in Portugal. It had amazing views, a great staff and great amenities. I will stay here frequently.
