Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

The luxurious Shangri-La Far Eastern,Taipei, features spectacular views of Taipei 101 and the city skyline. The offers a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and a spa. This is truly a place you must stay. We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!

5-star hotel in Beitou District, Grand View Resort is located in Beitou’s hot springs area, less than 10 minutes’ drive from both XinBeitou and Beitou Metro Stations. Very nice hotel with two very good restaurants. The baths in the room were perfection!

All personnel are excellent and dedicated. The Front Desk, the Concierge, the Housekeeping were all superlative. Spcl mention - Eva of Concierge team who was extremely attentive and looked out for us. Helped make our visit stress-free. The chef at the breakfast counter made vegetarian noodles for us. Truly grateful.

Located on Civil Boulevard in Zhongshan District, Miramar Garden Taipei offers luxurious rooms with a marble bathroom. Hospitality of the staff was amazing. Room was very clean and love that there's a bathtub, plus points for that. Snacks and drinks were complimentary and stocked up everyday.
